Delivery Policy
After placing an online order you will receive an email confirmation from eWay containing your order details (providing you have given us your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Your order will be sent via Australia Post or courier within 5 working days; however, if items within the order are unavailable the delivery may take a little longer.

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we provide a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of goods.
Please call or email us at info@aromafide.com.au within that timeframe if you are not satisfied with the purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery (for example dropped or broken), or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend returning products via Registered Post ensuring all postage is paid to ensure we receive them. The customer assumes any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore we advise that you take out Insurance with your postal carrier.
Aromafide cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
All payments are processed in AUD.
